JPS Chartered Surveyors provide Valuation Reports on machinery and business assets in accordance with the Bye-laws, Codes and Conducts and Standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and all work is performed by or under the supervision of an appropriately qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
The purpose of valuations is determined at the outset and may include: disposal advice, insolvency support, financial statements, insurance, impairment testing, expert witness and compulsory purchase.
JPS Chartered Surveyors obtain reports from local RICS Registered valuers on residential and commercial premises on behalf of clients, with a nationwide (and international) panel of professionals, on a sub-contracted basis.
