The Company is one of the UK's leading electrical and fire alarm contractors.
The Company provides services to a number of UK blue chip clients.
The Company is based in leased premises in Stoke-On-Trent.

There is an opportunity to acquire the trade and certain assets of the Company including:
- Goodwill
- Customer contracts, order book and work in progress
- Plant and equipment and office equipment
