prefabricated units, and main contracting of building

Due to the financial position of the company it is anticipated that
a sale of the business and assets will be completed through a
formal insolvency procedure.

Established for over 20 years, the Company specialises in main
contracting for renovations to student accommodation. They also
specialise in the supply of prefabricated units for student
accommodation and the private housing sector.

• Turnover of £13m and £8.5m for the year ended 31 October
2020 and period ended 30 April 2021, respectively;
• Established client base including housing developers and
Universities;
• Head office and manufacturing facility based in England
• Employs 79 full-time, and 9 part time members of staff
