Overview

Dow Schofield Watts Business Recovery LLP has been instructed by the board of directors to assist in the sale of a business specialising in the provision of passive fire protection and compliance services. 

Due to the financial position of the company, it is anticipated that a sale of the business and assets will be completed through a formal insolvency procedure. 

 


 

Background

The business is a well-established independent provider of passive fire protection installations, surveys, and remedial services. Operating from leasehold premises within the Northwest, the company undertakes fire stopping surveys and installations, fire door surveys, fire door remedial works and installations, together with all elements of passive fire protection works under Third Party Accreditation. Services include fire doors, fire and smoke curtains, fire and acoustic seals, cavity barriers, and associated compliance and remedial solutions.
