Auction Collection Information

Appointment-Only Collections

All auction item collections are strictly by appointment only. This applies to both warehouse collection at our premises in Whitefield and on-site auction locations.

  • Buyers must book a collection slot, which includes the day and estimated time of arrival.
  • Without a booked slot, we cannot guarantee staff availability or access to your items.

The auction collection booking link can be find in your payment confirmation email. Alternatively, buyers can book a collection slot by calling 0161 767 8001 or emailing [email protected]. Please note that payment must be made prior to booking a collection slot; if the buyer fails to do so, the collection slot will be cancelled.

This system ensures collections are organised and safe, particularly for larger equipment, industrial assets or bulk consignments.

Proof of Purchase & Identifications

When attending your collection appointment, buyers must bring a copy of their auction invoice. This document allows our warehouse team to identify which lots belong to you and to release them accordingly.

Collecting on Behalf of Someone Else

We recognise that buyers may sometimes need to send someone else to collection their items on their behalf. This is permitted under the following conditions:

  • The buyer must notify us in advance, either by adding a note when booking the collection slot themselves, or by contacting our team on 0161 767 8001 or [email protected].
  • The individual collection must present a copy of the buyer's invoice.
