This page provides detailed guidance on how buyers can collect items from our Manchester auction warehouse or from on-site auctions, as well as the delivery and courier options available. All auction item collections are strictly by appointment only. This applies to both warehouse collection at our premises in Whitefield and on-site auction locations.
The auction collection booking link can be find in your payment confirmation email. Alternatively, buyers can book a collection slot by calling 0161 767 8001 or emailing [email protected]. Please note that payment must be made prior to booking a collection slot; if the buyer fails to do so, the collection slot will be cancelled.
This system ensures collections are organised and safe, particularly for larger equipment, industrial assets or bulk consignments.
When attending your collection appointment, buyers must bring a copy of their auction invoice. This document allows our warehouse team to identify which lots belong to you and to release them accordingly.

If you wish to use your own courier, we can assist by packaging and preparing your items, provided this is specified in the lot description. A packaging/palletisation quote can be given on request.
We will work directly with buyers or their couriers to confirm the size, weight, and shipping requirements of each consigment. If we are unable to package or deliver certain assets, we can provide recommendations for trusted logistics companies that specialise in handling auction goods.
