We act as professional valuers and surveyors, often for insolvency practitioners. We may therefore obtain personal data from insolvent companies, for example:

  • Information about customers or suppliers of an insolvent company.

  • Statistical data in aggregated form about browsing actions and patterns.

d) Special category data

We do not actively collect sensitive data (such as health data, race, religion, or political opinions). If such data is encountered in connection with an insolvency case, we will not actively process it unless specifically instructed by an insolvency practitioner.
