The acquisition of WORTH House, a 22,000 sq. ft. sales, storage and office facility enables us to relocate where necessary. This minimises rental costs and liabilities while ensuring secure asset management, particularly in insolvency cases. We have an additional storage facility in Whitefield, further enhancing our operational capacity.

Before proceeding with an asset disposal instruction, we provide a detailed proposal outlining our recommended sales strategy, timeline, reporting structure and market analysis. This includes a clear breakdown of fees and a defined expense budget, ensuring transparency from the outset.
