Overview

Dow Schofield Watts Business Recovery LLP has been instructed by the board of directors to assist in the sale of a specialist design and subcontract manufacturer og high precision components for the automotive and aerospace markets.

Due to the financial position of the company, it is anticipated that a sale of the business and assets will be completed through a formal insolvency procedure. 

 


 

Background

The business trades as a design and subcontract manufacturer of high prescision components to the high powered automotive and aerospace markets. Operating from leasehold premises in the Northeast, the business has over 25 years' experience manufacturing all types of aluminium, steel and cast-iron turnings. 

Offering a full turnkey solution for low/high volume CNC machined components an a one stop shop for aluminium castings and machining.
